Based on the MacPherson of Cluny known as Breacan Glas (the Pied Wagtail) as recorded in the 'Vestiarium Scoticum' of 1842, but with the white background changed to grey. Franz Korner from Munich in Bavaria requested a grey variation of the tartan for his own use in memory of his mother, a member of the MacPherson clan who came from Crubinmore. - 15th July 2009 — Korner-MacPherson (Personal) (tartans-authority, record)
This is MacPherson of Cluny (Breacan Glas - Pied Wagtail) with the white changed to grey. Franz Korner is from Muncih in Bavaria and wanted this for his own use in memory of his mother who was a MacPherson from Crubinmore..
