Designed by the House of Edgar presumably for the Salem (MA) Scottish Dancers.TECAnotes say 'Sample from Sally Dee, Kiltmaker, Salem Mass. 2000.' Phil Smith notes (November 2003) 'This design was taken from a sample of a commercial felt swatch sent to me by Sally Dee.'
