The Grant of Monymusk tartan is included in the Cockburn collection. The Cockburn collection consists of woven tartan samples collected by General Sir William Cockburn between 1810 and 1820. The samples were probably woven by William Wilson and Sons of Bannockburn specifically for the General. The collection is preserved in the Mitchell Library in Glasgow. - 1810 — Grant of Monymusk - 1810 (Clan) (tartans-authority, record)
