Wilson's version was probably supplied to Logan in the preparation of his book 'The Scottish Gael'. Logan also records the single blue central stripe. Wilsons of Bannockburn a weaving firm founded c1770 near Stirling. The Pattern books are in the National Museum of Antiquities, Edinburgh.
