    Designed by 12 year old Ashley Stokowy and her Highland Dancing teacher Gail Danyst with help from Lochcarron of Scotland. Produced for The Scottish Shoppe of Calgary in May 2000. Approved by the Alberta Legislature in 2000 (Bill No. 205) and unveiled at Scotdance 2000 - the North American Highland Dancing Championships. Lochcarron swatch.
