Scottish Register of Tartans
Its design is pattern BWBGBGYGKGKBYBK — the page of every tartan sharing this colour sequence.
Created to mark the 2008 launch of the Register; colours evoke the Matheson Dome's leather-bound books and shelves.
The Scottish Register of Tartans tartan groups 2 setts — the same named design recorded as different cloths (its kilt, Carpet, Child's…, or a transcription apart). The master sett (★) is the exemplar.
