Bisset

Its design is pattern RGKGKYGBW — the page of every tartan sharing this colour sequence.

Designed 1976 by the Scottish Tartans Society for Mrs E. Bisset, with colours symbolising the family shield and motto.

The Bisset tartan groups 2 setts — the same named design recorded as different cloths (its kilt, Carpet, Child's…, or a transcription apart). The master sett (★) is the exemplar.
