Black Hills (South Dakota) American Corporate Tartan Tartan Number: 5815. Earliest known date: pre 2003 Designed by the Reverend John Pahls and woven by Kirkbright & Fraser of Vancouver. Phil Smith (June 2004) advises that it was commissioned by the Rev.Thomas and Elizabeth Campbell for the Black Hills Highland Games held in Sturgis, South Dakota.
