- Pendleton dress Corporate Tartan Tartan Number: 2468. Earliest known date: 1998 From Pendleton Mills, established in 1863 and located in Portland, Oregon. Ms Annette Hoeffel from Pendleton Woolen Mills is mentioned but it's not known in what capacity - contributer or designer. This tartan and #2467 are virtually identical with the tan line in the former being replaced with a yellow line for the 'Dress'. Pendelton #3 is possibly the one that should be labelled dress.
